Cairo / Luxor / Aswan

01st Day:

Vantage Travel representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International airport, transfer to hotel, overnight in Cairo.

02nd Day:

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy an excursion to the great pyramids of Giza, Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, visit also the mighty sphinx, the pharaoh-headed lion, and the Valley temple, continue to old Cairo and visit the Hanging church, Abu Serga church and Ben Ezra synagogue, optional tour to the Egyptian museum which displays thousands of artifacts dating back to different eras, transfer to train station for departure to Luxor by sitting train, spend the night in sitting train. 03rd Day:

Arrive at Luxor train station, meet and assist, transfer to hotel, enjoy an excursion to legendary temples, Karnak and Luxor, back to hotel, overnight in Luxor.

04th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, day at leisure in Luxor, optional tour to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari and the colossi of Memnon, overnight in Luxor. (Breakfast)

05th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Luxor train station for departure to Aswan by sitting train, arrive at Aswan train station, meet and assist, transfer to hotel, enjoy an excursion to the High Dam, the temple of Philae, back to hotel, overnight in Aswan. (Breakfast)

06th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, day at leisure in Aswan, optional felucca-ride on the Nile river around Aga Khan Mausoleum and Elephantine island, in the evening, transfer to Aswan train station for departure back to Cairo by sitting train, spend the night in sitting train. (Breakfast)

07th Day:

Arrive at train station in Giza, meet and assist, transfer to hotel, optional tour to the step pyramid of Saqqara of Djoser, the citadel of Saladin and the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali, overnight in Cairo.

08th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Cairo International airport for final departure. (Breakfast)
