Cairo / Aswan / Luxor / Taba / Aqaba / Petra

01st Day:

Vantage Travel representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, transfer to hotel, overnight in Cairo.

02nd Day:

Breakfast at hotel; enjoy an excursion to visit the great Pyramids of Giza of kings Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Visit the Great Sphinx, continue to visit the Valley Temple which belongs to king Chephren. After that, visit the Egyptian Museum which contains marvelous pieces of ancient Egyptian history and houses the unique collection of King Tutankhamen. At night transfer to Giza train station for departure to Aswan by first class sleeper train. Dinner and overnight on board sleeper train. (Breakfast, dinner)

03rd Day:

Arrive at Aswan train station, meet and assist, transfer to hotel in Aswan. In the afternoon, enjoy sailing on a felucca boat around Elephantine Island in Aswan, back to hotel, overnight in Aswan. (Breakfast)

04th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy an excursion to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, visit also the wonderful Temple of Philae. At night drive via air-conditioned modern van to Luxor, overnight in Luxor. (Breakfast) 

05th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy an excursion to visit the Valley of the Kings, the amazing Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, the magnificent Colossi of Memnon. Finally visit the fascinating Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. At night transfer to Luxor train station for departure back to Cairo by first class sleeper train. Dinner and overnight onboard your train (Breakfast, dinner)

06th Day:

Arrive at Giza train station, meet and assist, drive via air-conditioned modern van to Taba. Arrive Taba; enjoy free time at leisure in Taba. Overnight in Taba. (Breakfast)

07th Day:

Early in the morning, transfer to Taba marina, take the ferry boat to Aqaba marina, meet and assist at Aqaba Port, drive via air-conditioned modern van to Wadi Rum, the beautiful desert landscape. Drive for two hours in a 4x4 jeep through the desert to see Lawrence's spring. We will pass majestic mountains and discover a gorge with some ancient rock paintings. Free time at leisure on your own hiking; enjoy the silence and the beautiful sunset view, transfer to hotel in Petra, overnight in Petra. (Breakfast)

08th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy an excursion to the Rose Red City of Petra. The city was constructed in the 6th century B.C by Nabataean Arabs. Visit the Siq, then walk through it till the end, then you will be in an open space dominated by the Treasury, after that visit Pharaoh`s Castle, the Triumphal Arch, the Amphitheater and Monastery, at the end of your tour, transfer back to hotel, overnight in Petra. (Breakfast)

09th Day:

Breakfast at hotel; enjoy free time in Petra until the afternoon. Drive via air-conditioned modern van to Aqaba port to aboard the ferry to Taba. Meet and assist at Taba port, drive via air-conditioned modern van back to Cairo. (Breakfast)

10th Day :

Early in the morning, Arrive Cairo, check into your hotel, overnight in Cairo - Breakfast at hotel, day at leisure in Cairo, overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast)

11th Day:

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. (Breakfast)
