Ras Mohammed is located 80 KM south of Al Tor, at the tip of Sinai peninsula, on the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba at Tiran strait, 12 km from Sharm-el-Sheikh, it is considered the most fit place for diving and snorkeling in the whole world as it includes the most amazing colorful coral reefs, it is also recently declared as a national park and it was protected against any human activities and some of the fishing methods that were harmful to the rare fish and coral reefs.
The Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency founded this area as a marine to protect it from any coastal developments, Ras Mohammad National Park also has a very dry climate And it rarely rain during the winter
